TLDS UI Executives’ letter acknowledged and apologised for their ‘failure to provide comprehensive information in the speakers’ pack’, and ‘accepted partial responsibility for enabling Indy L&D’s disqualification-earning misconduct’. While ABH L&D’s letter apologised for ‘wrongly accusing the timekeeper of incompetence’ and ‘making an information conversation between the Vice President and a friend seem formal (The TLDS Vice President already told us that it was not her business if we were disgruntled) hence making it look like she responded to the Society’s grievances with a harsh tone’. ABH L&D however reiterated that ‘the allegation of assault on judges made against members of the ABH LnD was false’
