Former Sigma Chief Installed as Balogun of Oyo, Sigma Chief Sends Congratulations
Dr. Adesola Kazeen Adeduntan, a former Sigma Chief who served during the 1990/1991 Sigma year, has been installed as the Balogun of Oyo. The installation ceremony took place on Saturday, September 5, at the Alaafin of Oyo’s Palace.
In a congratulatory message, Adesokan Emmanuel, Sigma Chief, University of Ibadan, celebrated Adeduntan on behalf of the Sigma Family, describing the occasion as a moment of pride for the club and its members.
The Sigma Chief noted that Dr Adeduntan’s achievement reflects the values associated with Sigma Club, particularly its tradition of producing members who command respect across different spheres of society.
Dr Adeduntan, who previously served as Group CEO of FirstBank, founded Sequoia Holdings and holds the title of Apesinola of Ibadanland, will now serve as the Balogun of Oyo.
