Speaking with UIMSA Press, Dr. Isaac Ekundayo said; “I am really happy for the success of the event, and thank you so much for coming around, that shows what we are doing is of community interest. We’ll need everybody to come together against this disease, because one person suffering from this disease is equivalent to the whole family affected, so it is more of a community disease. Hence the birth of this Non-governmental organization, where we support people with the disease, and also tackle its prevalence by prevention. This is really huge, and I want to thank the students that came out to grace our events, showing we have individuals who are ready to support our fight against cancer. Thank you.”
