In the early hours of today, the 26th of June, a statement from Umar Mustapha Kareto, the President of Ahmadu Bello Medical Students’ Association (ABUMSA) Zaria, Kaduna state confirmed the painful demise of two of their students following the boat accident which happened on Saturday, the 24th of June.
Both students have been confirmed to be final year medical students in the persons of Mustapha Aminu Tukur who was the incumbent Vice President of ABUMSA and Kabiru Hamza. The third student was identified as Aisha Celestina Ogwu from University of Uyo Medical Students’ Association (UUMSA), Akwa Ibom state.
