Via a July 2nd circular signed by her President and Vice-President (Administration), the Union of Campus Journalists, University of Ibadan (UCJ UI), has announced the postponement of the upcoming Global Campus Journalism Summit 2.0 and the Prof. Francis Egbokhare Inter-Press Debate Competition.
Originally scheduled for July 5, 2025, the events have been moved due to “unavoidable logistical challenges.” The UCJ UI expressed regret for any inconvenience caused and assured participants, speakers, and sponsors of their commitment to delivering a high-quality experience.
A new date for the events will be communicated following the resolution of current concerns. Students are advised that all registrations and confirmations remain valid.
