ABH Warden Directs Students to Vacate Bed Spaces Ahead of New Session

In a memo dated May 8, 2025, the Hall Warden of Alexander Brown Hall (ABH), Dr. O.C. Uchendu, directed students to vacate their rooms in preparation for the upcoming session, with room allocations set to begin on May 12.

Addressed to MBBS/BDS, Physiotherapy, and BMLS students in the 2k24 set, the internal memo acknowledged past challenges, particularly water and electricity issues but commended students for their resilience. Unlike previous years, the outgoing final-year students will remain in the hall for nearly the entire session, which may lead to some 2K25 set students being unaccommodated. Students currently occupying rooms and not reallocated are expected to move out by May 17 to allow fresh allocations.

The Warden urged cooperation and warned against forced evictions, reminding students to submit all hall property to the Hall Supervisor for proper clearance.
