The University of Ibadan Medical Students’ Association has secured her place in the final stage of the Nigerian Medical Students’ Association Emerging Leaders Forum (NiMSA ELF) ‘Stuff Banter’ Preclinical Quiz Competition, which is scheduled to hold virtually on Saturday 16th, October, 2024.
This is coming after the initial two-stage South-West regional face-offs which were held via Zoom on Sunday, November 3rd, 2024. Represented by Chibuzor Okoroafor of the 300 Level Class, Testimony Ganiyu of the 200 Level class, and Titilayo Oluwasebimotife of the 100 Level class, UIMSA came top in the region, with the Federal University of Technology of Akure Medical Students’ Association (FUTAMSA) and the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Medical Students’ Association (LAUMSA), emerging second and third respectively.
Five other MSAs to battle for the grand prize alongside UIMSA include; Federal University, Wukari Medical Students’ Association (FUWUMSA), Federal University Birnin-Kebbi Medical Students’ Association (FUBIMSA), Port Harcourt University Medical Students’ Association (PUMSA), Federal University Lokoja Medical Students’ Association (FULOMSA), and Ebonyi State University Medical Students’ Association (EBSUMSA).
